Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time online, with the "Cancel subscription" button in Billing in your dashboard, without contacting us. We confirm the cancellation on screen and by email. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the plan does not renew.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you ask for a refund within 7 days of a subscription charge, that charge is refunded in full. After 7 days, subscription charges are not refundable, except where the law requires it. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Buzzfy Ultra charges follow section 4 instead.

3. One-time purchases

One-time purchases, such as the Viral Reels Playbook, are final once delivered, except where the law requires a refund. AI credit top-ups follow section 4 instead.

4. AI credits

AI credits pay for AI features such as AI Avatar. They come with a Buzzfy Ultra plan or as top-ups.

• Failed generations cost nothing. If something you started fails, including when an AI provider's safety check refuses it, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
• You pay what it really cost. A video locks the top of its price range when you start it. When it is done, you are charged its actual cost, never more than the lock, and the rest goes back to your balance.
• Cancel before it starts. You can delete a video that has not started yet from Your videos, and its credits go back to your balance. Once it has started, it is charged.
• No refunds for results you don't like. Credits spent on a generation that finished are not given back because of how the result looks.
• Money back for unused credits within 7 days. If you ask within 7 days of a top-up or a Buzzfy Ultra charge, we refund the part of that charge that paid for credits you have not used. Used credits are never refunded. After 7 days, AI credit purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• A refund removes the purchase's credits. When we refund a top-up or an Ultra charge, any of its credits still in your balance are removed.
• Expiry. Ultra credits last until the end of the 4-week period they were given for and do not roll over. When an Ultra plan ends, its remaining credits expire. Top-up credits never expire.
• Chargebacks. If you dispute a credit purchase with your bank, the remaining credits from that purchase are removed and AI Avatar is paused until the dispute is closed.

5. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

You may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. If you withdraw within 7 days, the charge is refunded in full. If you withdraw between day 8 and day 14, you receive a refund of the amount paid minus a proportionate amount for the days of service you received.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@buzzfy.co from the address on your account. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

7. Who handles refunds

Web purchases are sold by our authorised reseller, identified in our Terms of Service, which acts as merchant of record and pays refunds of web purchases. In case of any conflict with this document, the Terms of Service prevail.
